Custom Embroidery for Project Healing Waters

Rocky Mountain Threadworks – Custom Embroidery (service-disabled veteran-owned) is proud to offer embroidery services for Project Healing Waters! Drop off your shirts, jackets, bags, or other items to have the PHW logo embroidered on. Only $11 per embroidered logo, this is special pricing just for PHW members. Have an item you aren’t sure we can embroider? Call us to discuss! We are always open to trying new things!

Thread color options: There are specific approved colors and color combinations for PHW logos. Samples of approved colors are included in the photos.

You will choose two thread colors for one logo; pick one thread color for the FISH in the design and a second thread color for the TEXT in the design. When combining the logo with brand colors, always ensure there is ample contrast in color pairings.

Embroidery Placement location on item: There are standard embroidery locations like the left or right chest, but placement is up to you! As long as we can hoop it, we can do it! Please let us know where you want the embroidered PHW logo placed.

Rest assured; we will confirm details with you (mock-up) for approval prior to embroidering your item.

ITEM DROP-OFF/PICK-UP: There are a few options for getting your items to us and back. Drop-off/pick-up in Black Hawk or Arvada, bring to a PHW Denver monthly meeting/event (hand to Tara Nyikos or Pat Higgins)

Payment: If placing an online order payment will be taken during the checkout process. If placing an order with the printable order form, payment can be made with cash at time of item drop-off or by invoice once the item and order form is received in shop.
